We use premium-quality fabrics such as 100% cotton, cotton-polyester blends, and moisture-wicking materials for our custom apparel. Each product description will specify the material used.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom printing?

Our minimum screen printing order quantity is 24 pieces per design. For smaller quantities, we use DTF printing. Please contact our team for special options.

What is the typical production turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days from the date of design approval. Expedited orders are available upon request for an additional fee.

Do you offer bulk order discounts?

Yes, we offer tiered pricing for bulk orders. The more you order, the more you save! Discounts will automatically apply during checkout based on quantity.

Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?

Absolutely! We offer physical samples for an additional cost. Contact us to arrange a sample.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Since all custom products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product. Please inspect your items upon delivery and contact us within 7 days for any issues.

How do I care for my printed apparel?

To maintain the quality of your printed apparel: Wash inside out in cold water. Use mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Tumble dry on low or hang dry.

What printing methods do you use?

We specialize in screen printing, embroidery, sublimation and DTF printing. Each method is selected based on your design and fabric choice for the best results.

Can I reorder the same design later?

Yes, we save your design files for future orders. Simply reference your previous order number when reordering.

Do you provide design services?

Yes, our in-house design team can help create or refine your artwork for an additional fee. Let us know if you'd like to add this service!

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States only. Contact us if you have special international shipping requirements.
