Tax-Exempt Purchasing
If your business is authorized to make tax-exempt or resale purchases, you may apply for tax-exempt status with Rankin Textile Printing, Inc. Once approved, eligible purchases made through your account will not be subject to sales tax where permitted by law.
Before submitting your request, please ensure you have an active customer account on our website. Tax-exempt status can only be applied to registered customer accounts.
Step 1: Select Your State and Complete the Required Certificate
Use the dropdown menu below to select your state. You will be provided with the appropriate resale or tax exemption certificate and any state-specific instructions. Complete the form in its entirety and sign where required.
Step 2: Upload Your Documentation
Submit your completed exemption certificate along with any supporting documentation required by your state, such as a Sales Tax Permit, Resale Certificate, or Certificate of Registration.
Our team will review your submission and verify your eligibility for tax-exempt purchasing. To help expedite the process, please ensure the information associated with your customer account is accurate and up to date.
Once your application has been approved, your account will be updated to reflect your tax-exempt status. You will receive confirmation when the review process is complete.
