At Rankin Textile Printing, we are committed to providing high-quality custom-printed products. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have established the following return and refund policy:

1. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the production process may have already begun, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Since all products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products unless they are defective or incorrect due to a manufacturing error.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. To ensure a smooth resolution, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at [email] with your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the defective or incorrect product.
  • We will assess the issue and either:
    • Offer a replacement at no additional cost.
    • Provide a refund if the replacement option is not feasible.

4. Refund Process

  • If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • You will be notified via email when the refund has been issued.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

5. Conditions for Returns/Refunds

Refunds and returns are only granted under the following conditions:

  • The product received was defective or damaged.
  • The product received does not match the specifications in your order.

6. Exclusions

The following situations are not eligible for refunds or replacements:

  • Incorrect sizes or specifications provided by the customer.
  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences.
  • General dissatisfaction with a custom-made design after production has begun.

7. Return Shipping

  • In cases where a product needs to be returned, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective or incorrect items.
  • If a replacement is requested, we will ship the new item at no additional charge.
