At Rankin Textile Printing, we are committed to providing high-quality custom-printed products. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have established the following return and refund policy:
1. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the production process may have already begun, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items
- Since all products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products unless they are defective or incorrect due to a manufacturing error.
3. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. To ensure a smooth resolution, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at [email] with your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the defective or incorrect product.
- We will assess the issue and either:
- Offer a replacement at no additional cost.
- Provide a refund if the replacement option is not feasible.
4. Refund Process
- If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- You will be notified via email when the refund has been issued.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
5. Conditions for Returns/Refunds
Refunds and returns are only granted under the following conditions:
- The product received was defective or damaged.
- The product received does not match the specifications in your order.
6. Exclusions
The following situations are not eligible for refunds or replacements:
- Incorrect sizes or specifications provided by the customer.
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences.
- General dissatisfaction with a custom-made design after production has begun.
7. Return Shipping
- In cases where a product needs to be returned, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective or incorrect items.
- If a replacement is requested, we will ship the new item at no additional charge.
