1. Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days.
- Local Pickup: Available at our Connecticut location.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your delivery location. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3-5 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.
4. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us at orders@rankintextile.com. We will work with the carrier to locate the shipment or issue a replacement if necessary.
